Recently, the State Grid Co., Ltd. issued the "Opinions on Serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy to Vigorously Promote Rural Electrification", focusing on the major projects, major plans and major actions of the national rural revitalization strategic planning, using the four years from 2019 to 2022 to fully implement the rural electrification upgrading project. By transforming and upgrading rural power grids, improving rural power supply services, promoting alternative technologies for electric energy, promoting the construction of characteristic energy use projects, and introducing new electricity products, we will strive to enhance rural power security capabilities, improve agricultural production, rural industries, and rural life, and actively help strengthen agriculture, make rural areas more beautiful, and make farmers richer.

According to the "2018 Social Responsibility Report of the State Grid Company Limited" released by the State Grid Company at the end of February, the company will invest 330 billion yuan in the next three years in the rural grid, vigorously promote the construction of the rural grid transformation and upgrading project, and strive to solve the outstanding problems such as weak rural grid frame and unreasonable structure, and strive to completely solve the problems of the rural grid "jam neck" and insufficient capacity of the platform area. By 2020, the average power supply capacity of rural households will be increased by 26%. We will promote the electrification of rural industries. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei and other township scenic spots and ancient town districts, promote the "coal to electricity", "oil to electricity" and "gas to electricity" of hotels and residents' catering, and build 289 all-electric scenic spots (blocks) to help the development of rural tourism and characteristic industries.
