Even if distribution automation is adopted, especially in China, its core control idea is still passive, that is, in the case of no fault, there is generally no automatic control operation.

In addition, the investment of distribution network is also very lagging, resulting in long-term problems such as weak grid structure, low distribution automation coverage, and uneconomical operation of distribution equipment.

In order to solve these problems, but also for the continuous development and innovation of China's distribution network field, the traditional distribution network has begun the road of reform.
