Power distribution basics

The switch cabinet is a kind of electrical equipment, which refers to a complete set of power distribution devices assembled by primary equipment and secondary equipment according to a certain line plan. It is used to control and protect lines and equipment. It is divided into fixed and hand-car types. According to the voltage level of the incoming and outgoing line, it can be divided into high voltage switchgear (fixed and hand-operated) and low voltage switchgear (fixed and drawer type). (1) Incoming cable cabinet

Also known as the receiving cabinet, is used to receive electrical energy from the power grid equipment (from the incoming line to the bus), generally installed with circuit breakers, CT, PT, isolation knife and other components.

(2) Outlet cabinet

Also known as the feed cabinet or distribution cabinet, is used to distribute electrical energy equipment (from the bus to each outlet), generally installed with circuit breakers, CT, PT, isolation knife and other components.

(3) Busbar liaison cabinet

Also known as the bus breaking cabinet, is used to connect two sections of the bus equipment (from the bus to the bus), in the single bus segment, the double bus system is often used in the bus connection to meet the requirements of users to choose different operating modes or to ensure that there is a choice of cutting load in the case of failure.
