On August 19, the company received the contract for the production of electric handcart vacuum circuit breaker and electric isolation handcart for the six intelligent substations of the State Grid. This contract is the key demonstration project of the intelligent substations of the State Grid. The order is delivered to our company for production, which reflects the high recognition of our technical level and production capacity.



In the face of tight contract delivery, high technical standards, and heavy work tasks, coupled with the continuous sharp rise of non-ferrous metals such as steel and copper in recent months and the strict supervision of national environmental protection, the supply of spare parts is extremely tight, resulting in a very severe production situation. In the face of unprecedented difficulties, the company's employees have carried forward the spirit of the Long March of seeking truth and pragmatism, daring to innovate, and being able to fight hard. According to user requirements, the technical department timely adjusted the design ideas, using Solidworks software for 3D modeling and simulation, using Adams software for transmission and structure simulation test, after careful design, repeated drills, bold verification, and finally overcome the difficulties to ensure that the design drawings qualified one-time delivery. Production and procurement departments scientifically organize and closely cooperate with each other, taking technical drawings as the criterion and delivery time as the bottom line to ensure that the incoming parts are 100% qualified. The quality management department pre-inspects, inspects 100% of incoming parts, carries out uninterrupted inspection during the production process, and tests the finished products one by one to ensure that production personnel organize production in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 quality management system and assembly process, ensures that all circuit breakers are qualified in one assembly, and the performance indicators of running-in test meet the high standards. Completed the contract delivery task on time with quality and quantity.
