The 100 kW /270 KWH platform area storage and charging integration device independently developed by State Grid Hunan Power Co., Ltd. has been successfully connected to the grid for trial operation in No. 2721 platform area, Fengquan Gujing Community, Changsha City, marking the first domestic energy storage and charging solution for a series of problems in high-load platform area officially put into use.

The platform area storage and charging integration device aims at the problems such as insufficient construction of power supply facilities in old residential areas, difficult transformer expansion and expansion, and no DC charging pile in the residential areas. Based on the development of new energy battery utilization, it integrates dynamic expansion, peak, power quality management and charging solutions in the platform area, providing a new solution for reducing the cost of distribution network transformation, improving quality and efficiency.

The device adopts modular and standardized design, the expansion is simple and convenient, and supports the grid-connected expansion and the off-grid operation mode of important loads in the platform area. The device integrates distributed energy storage and charging piles to support the construction (expansion) of charging piles in the high-load platform area; It can operate in multi-mode and multi-strategy, with intelligent characteristics of automatically adapting transformer load, and can also be controlled according to remote scheduling, which ensures orderly charging of electric vehicles while realizing transformer peak and power quality management.
