From January to April, the total electricity consumption of the whole society was 2109.4 billion KWH, an increase of 9.3% year-on-year.

By industry, the electricity consumption of the primary industry was 20.5 billion KWH, an increase of 11.0%. Electricity consumption in the secondary industry was 1.425.2 billion KWH, up by 6.9% year on year; The tertiary industry consumed 337.7 billion KWH, up 14.6 percent year on year; The domestic electricity consumption of urban and rural residents was 326 billion KWH, up 15.0 percent year on year.
